CANCELLATION RULES AND REFUND POLICY 2026-27

1. Refunds in Case of Chargeback Claims

In the event that a user initiates or seeks a chargeback for any transaction, the user must promptly contact the College and submit all relevant details pertaining to the claim. Any refund, if determined to be valid and approved by the Institute, shall be processed solely by the College through the original payment gateway or by any other mode deemed appropriate by the College.

Users shall not raise refund or chargeback claims directly with the Payment Service Provider(s). Any such claims submitted to the Payment Service Provider(s) shall not be entertained, and the College shall remain the sole authority responsible for reviewing and resolving refund requests.

2. Refunds for Fraudulent or Duplicate Transactions

In cases involving fraudulent, unauthorized, or duplicate transactions arising from the misuse of card, banking, or payment credentials by any unauthorized individual or third party, the user must report the matter directly to the College without undue delay.

The College shall review and address such cases in accordance with its prevailing policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Any refund, where found admissible after due verification, shall be processed at the sole discretion of the Institute.This version uses formal contractual language, improves clarity, and presents the policy in a professional institutional format.
